Tera Allas (McKinsey) – Digital Technology and Productivity

Tera Allas, Director of Research and Economics at McKinsey, was DigitalRosh LIVE The Giraffe series keynote speaker on 7-MAR-2023 

Tera spoke about the role of technology to productivity and the potential of AGI on pushing productivity forward. Tera drow a line between prosperity to human capital and mark investment in human capital as a key saying:  

  • Productivity drives prosperity 
  • Innovation drives productivity 
  • Technology drives innovation
  • Human capital drives technology

The second part was dedicated to the Israeli market in light of a recent report authored by her and published by McKinsey.
