ICL Group is hiring a Business Information & Technology Architect for a hybrid position located in Beersheba
Areas of responsibility:
Analysis, creation, and updating of Capability Models (Business and IT)
Using a data-driven approach, presenting objective analysis to show how business capabilities are and could be supported
Creating and updating “As-Is” Architecture Document and “to be” Architecture for Global IT programs
Engage with business leadership to facilitate architecture discussions and decisions with Global IT
Articulate new ideas and how these align to ICL goals, programs and initiatives, both globally and locally
Providing input to & review of business cases
Inform and consult business on relevant IT solutions
Job demands:
BA or MA in relevant IT discipline (Computer Science , Industrial Engineering)
Experience in leading solution design
Experience in System Analysis, Business analysis processes
The ability to explain complexity in a clear way, providing advice and recommendations to influence business stakeholders at all levels
Deep understanding of business processes
Ability to understand and abstract technological solutions for business users
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, Experience with storytelling, Good team player, Good networking skills
Experience of working as a Business Architect or significant Business Analyst experience in transformation and / or complex enterprise wide initiatives – Advantage
Familiarity with a wide range of EA techniques, methodologies, and frameworks (including but not restricted to TOGAF & ArchiMate) – Advantage
At least 5 years of relevant experience
