The USA president’s National Strategic Overview for Quantum Information Science with additional policy recommendations to facilitate and realize the mutual benefits of international cooperation, which is a policy pillar of the National Strategic Overview.

Recommendations herein were developed by the SCQIS with input from its Interagency Working Group on International Cooperation.
