The course “Lead Organizational Transformation” (DLC156066) is an advanced course that focuses on the transformation process itself.
The two previous courses “Harnessing the Digital Power (DLC154) and “Tools and Case Studies” (DLC155) laid the foundations for understanding the digital – the potential and the risks – and the importance of the transformation process itself.
During the course we will learn in six lessons how to lead the transformation process in the organization in practice, how to harness those who oppose it and establish a culture of innovation and control in the four stages, according to the RSGO model.
The course is intended for anyone who plans to lead, advise and participate in digital transformation processes in the organization.
The course is designed for self-learning, and allows you to study the course content at a time and place that suits you (including a mobile version that allows convenient learning also via smartphone).
