In our Zoom community meeting, on February 20, 2024, we celebrated DigitalRosh’s 4th anniversary by introducing MindLi. Dr. Yesha Sivan presented the new MindLi app to the dedicated DigitalRosh community. The 2-hour meeting included a short history and current developments of DigitalRosh, the thinking and theory behind the idea of MindLi, and a practical demonstration and workshop.
“I think therefore I am.”
This 16th-century motto by Rene Descartes has an even broader meaning in the 21st century of AI.
MindLi is our effort to support this direction. It is designed to assist humans in navigating the labyrinth of information in today’s digital jungle. MindLi offers a unified place for structured thinking in a world of overwhelming data and conflicting insights.
At its core, MindLi revolves around two building blocks: Sparks and Boxes, and 5 thinking modes: Plan, Capture, Connect, Create, and Evaluate. Sparks are the nuggets of knowledge, encapsulating ideas, snippets of information, web links, images, and more gathered from the web or any iOS platform. Sparks are connected to Boxes. according to your projects, goals, or any other front of thinking.
With MindLi, users can Capture Sparks and then Connect them to thematic Boxes – personalized storage spaces created according to a Plan for efficient organization and categorization. No more struggling with scattered bookmarks or fragmented thoughts; MindLi empowers individuals to reclaim control over their thinking goals.
Currently, MindLi is operational only for iOS devices (soon on the web and later on Android). The participants and users were invited to visit the MindLi website and apply to join the beta testers.
