Whether it’s Zoom , Microsoft Teams or Google meet , meetings on all online platforms are commonplace. There is no topic that is not considered “appropriate” to bring up in a conversation that is not face to face. Whether it is a social conversation, a job interview or even a government meeting.
Time has taught us, since these and other platforms entered our lives following the Corona epidemic, that just entering these meetings and turning on the camera and microphone is not enough. Just as we would arrive prepared on time with all the material and dressed accordingly for a face-to-face meeting, the same should be true when it comes to an online meeting (even if 10 minutes before the start of the meeting we got out of the shower instead of standing in traffic).
