On November 9, 2021, another meeting of the group of doctoral students in Teva’s BIO-MIX 2021 program was held in collaboration with DigitalRosh.
The meeting dealt with improving personal abilities through the Orange Bike model (OBM – Orange Bike Mind workshop). This is a concentrated 4-hour workshop led by Prof. Yesha Sivan, which gives participants options to improve cognitive abilities in three situations: managing day-to-day life, dealing with stress, and harnessing new opportunities. The Orange Bicycle workshop is a workshop designed to teach riding a special type of bicycle – the bicycle of the brain. On a bicycle we “identify” three parts: the front wheel shows you where to go (= openness), the back wheel pushes you (= focus), the person sitting in the middle wins over both (= control). By practicing mindfulness you can train the brain and develop openness, focus and control abilities.
The workshop was held at the “Beautiful Land of Israel” complex in Yarkon Park, Tel Aviv-Yafo.
