The Goals to Change the World

Sustainable Development Goals – The 17 UN SDGs are a universal call for action and include no poverty, zero hunger, good health & well-being, quality education, gender equality, clean water, affordable & clean energy, reduced inequality, climate action, life on land, life below water, decent work & economic growth, industry and innovation, responsible consumption and production, sustainable cities and communities, peace and justice, and partnerships for the goals. All are meant to improve the lives and prospects of everyone and everything, everywhere.

In 2015, all member states of the United Nations adopted these goals as part of a sustainable development agenda. Today, progress is being made in many places, but overall, action to meet the goals is still not progressing at the required speed or scale. We need years of ambitious action to achieve the goals by 2030.

In Israel, there is an SDGIsrael community that tries to bring the newest knowledge on the subject accessible in Hebrew. The community is a professional ecosystem for entrepreneurs whose goal is to promote sustainable solutions that will change the world.
