Future Positive- a Digital Fashion for the Metaverse

Future Positive was created by the fashion designers Nir Goeta and Rotem Goeta, married couple who graduated from Shenkar College of Design in Israel. Nir and Rotem bridging the gap between the virtual and the physical by working in both areas.

One of the digital collections of Rotem and Nir Gueta fashion brand was inspired by the time travel concept. “A digital journey between space and time, between the past and the future, and between the physical and the virtual.” The collection consists of only 20 digital clothing items that are not sewn and are not on hangers in the tangible world, but they are suitable for any age, size, and gender. They fuse traditional skills of design with the advanced possibilities of design with visualization and 3D software.

This is the first swallow in the new brand of digital fashion launched by the Guetta couple, FUTURE POSITIVE, which outlines a vision of “the new wardrobe for the Metaverse era”. The designers say they understand that in view of the changing global reality, relevance is the key word for their business, and for the future of the fashion business in general. As part of their dealing with what the changes of the present (which not all of us are always aware of), they aim at redefining the industry. They create a connection between fashion and technology while finding innovative solutions to a better future, emphasizing sustainability and reducing damage to the environment.

The digital collection is sold exclusively on Dressx, today’s largest marketplace for digital fashion. The items are wearable by embedding an image for social media. They will later be suitable for wearing in augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) environments as well. They intend to launch a limited edition of an NFT collection (one-time items protected by a digital code).
