MindLi Ltd. (the “Company“, “we“, “our” or “us“) is committed to serving our customers and users, and to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. As such, we have applied the relevant accessibility standards to our website at https://digitalrosh.com/ (the “Site”) to ensure such accessibility. Please read the following carefully, to understand the measures we have put in place to ensure the accessibility of our Site.

1        Conformance with Standards

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility to websites and mobile applications for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. 

Our Site is in partial conformance with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content on our Site do not fully conform to the WCAG 2.1 level AA accessibility standard.

2        Accessibility Measures

The Company has put in place the following measures to ensure that people with disability are able to access and use our Site:

  • Site templates have been designed with an emphasis on color contrast, logical heading order, and configurable repeated elements.
  • Navigation of the Site is simple and clear.
  • Content on the Site is written clearly and simply, and organized according to a logical hierarchy. If necessary, there are explanations alongside the content.
  • The Site has been optimized for viewing on modern browsers.
  • The Site is viewable on multiple screens and resolutions.
  • The Site’s font sizes can be changed by using Ctrl and the mouse wheel.
  • The Site does not use moving or blinking text.
  • We have appointed an accessibility officer

3        Limitations

Although we have made an effort to make our Site fully accessible, some pages on the Site may still not be fully accessible. In this respect, please note the following known limitations, and potential solutions:

  • With respect to content pages in the site, the accessibility of the page depends on non-Company content (third-party content) and therefore we declare partial compliance with the standards with respect to these pages.

4        Accessibility adjustments in our building and services

The following are the accessibility arrangements that exist in our services and building located in 28 Ha’Arbaa st. Tel Aviv:

  • There are designated disabled parking spaces in the parking lot at 28 Ha’Arbaa st, Tel Aviv.
  • There is a sequence of access from the parking lot through the entrance to our offices (including elevators).
  • There are accessible disabled services in the building.
  • There are identification and direction signs.
  • It is permitted to enter the building for a service animal intended to assist a person with a disability.
