McKinsey Global Publishing asked leaders from around the world, including CEOs, founders, and editors – to share what they are reading or planning to read – for an annual tradition in the McKinsey on Books universe: the annual summer reading guide. A few McKinsey leaders also volunteered their picks.
These books offer something for everyone trying to make sense of today’s evolving world. The selected books are from politics, history, innovation, business, workplace culture, and more. Perhaps as a sign of much-needed break, the most popular genre this year was fiction and poetry.
