The first meeting in the “Weaving Digital” series where Prof. David Perkins was hosted and shared his thoughts and insights on learning, then there was an open discussion on the subject and finally Connie, an impresive AI who introduced CONNECT – DigitalRosh’s new newsletter.
Part I – David Perkins: Thoughts on Learning
In his lecture, Prof. Perkins presented debates, challenges and ideas regarding our path from formal school education to becoming a “plus person” who continues to learn all his life. Thinking, planning, absorbing knowledge and personalization are some of the elements that make up lifelong learning. The age of information and the digital tools intertwined in our lives are changing the role and the ways of learning.
