Read, Set; Go! Operate… (DLC146) Leading Organizational Transformation

About

The course focuses on leading the process of transformation within organizations, across various dimensions. The course is based on years of experience working closely with clients in Israel. The organizing model of the course is “Ready, Set; Go! Operate…” where each stage has a goal, characterization, and distinct attributes.

Our starting point – The COVID-19 era has accelerated change, as old patterns change in light of the threats and opportunities the digital force introduces, expressed in concepts such as:

Social Networks, Mobile Applications, Business Analytics, and Big Data, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, Wearable Computing, Cognitive Computing, Advanced Robotics, Internet of Things, Virtual and Augmented Reality, 3D Printing, and more

These technologies and many others have changed the way we live and the way organizations do business. Managers in every organization are now required to face new challenges arising from digital technologies.

These technologies have led to the emergence of new business models, such as the sharing economy, crowdfunding, e-commerce, data sales and more. All of these changes were even dubbed the “Fourth Industrial Revolution” at the Davos Conference, a revolution that changes the rules of the game, undermines business industries and blurs the boundaries between them.
